Botanical Retreat Day

Join yoga teacher Jess Macpherson and artist Holly Foskett-Barnes for a deeply nourishing day of yoga, nature and creativity. In the morning you’ll enjoy exploring the abundant gardens at Jess’s farm in Salisbury with Holly guiding you as you observe and draw colourful and fragrant flowers. We will then gather for a delicious yoga class with Jess in the tranquil natural surroundings. Jess and Holly will treat you to a delicious spread of vegetarian and vegan delights for lunch and some time for you to enjoy resting or exploring the land. In the afternoon, we’ll head to the farmhouse to enjoy creating mindful watercolours of the plants we’ve got to know. Holly will show you how to paint a range of plants and flowers for you to awaken your creativity and learn new techniques. This will lead into a soothing yoga nidra class by Jess to close down the day and nurture your rested self. This retreat will be imbued with mindful moments to connect with nature, share with others in a safe space, and gift yourself the wellness you deserve. We can’t wait to welcome you here. All abilities and levels are welcome and all materials will be provided.
